Deon’s T’z and More, operated by Designs By Deon-Grind Mode LLC, is committed to providing reliable order processing and shipping services for our customers.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, product launches, or high-volume periods.
Custom and personalized items may require additional production time before shipment.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
We ship orders using trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Deon’s T’z and More is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or reshipped packages.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Deon’s T’z and More is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we may review the issue.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select locations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
